  1. The minimum age for applying for membership is 18 years.
  2. The application will be processed only after the remittance of the membership fee. It can be withdrawn within 15 days by sending a request to berlin.sangam@gmail.com
  3. The process of reviewing and deciding upon the application rests with the Board.
  4. The membership for the next subscription term can be cancelled by sending a written request to sangam Email ID atmost 15 days before the renewal date.
  5. Membership is non-transferable and is valid for the mentioned subscription term. Membership should be renewed to avoid automatic termination.
  6. Member should not use Berlin Tamil Sangam e.V. for personal or professional benefits.
  7. Member should not represent Berlin Tamil Sangam e.V. in media or any other public forum without prior approval from the Board.
  8. Berlin Tamil Sangam e.V. are committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection.

  10. The data submitted will be stored in our database and servers which could be outside Germany. The data will be persisted as long as the membership is active. After cancellation only basic contact details will be stored for future correspondence.
  11. We would use your postcode and street name to generate an anonymous heatmap to group community members that would help us facilitate organizing events and meetups in your locality.
  12. The contact details on WhatsApp will be used to add you to our member-only group. In case you do not wish to be part of the group, you can exit from the group and notify us.
  13. By submitting your email details, you agree to receive updates from our sangam on events and other activities organized by us. In case you do not wish to receive such email or to be contacted, kindly unsubscribe from the mailing list and inform us on the same.
